I'm Renee, a health and behavior change expert, and I created this workshop to help women like you finally feel in control again.
In this workshop, I’ll share the most important lifestyle factors for thriving during perimenopause and beyond. You’ll learn a simple, practical framework for building momentum with your behaviors—without feeling overwhelmed. These strategies have shaped how other coaches approach behavior change, and I’m excited to share them with you.
In my 40s, I realized that what had worked for years to maintain my body composition was no longer effective. Focusing on nutrition and exercise wasn’t enough. Once I considered all lifestyle factors and made the appropriate adjustments, I began to feel better, sleep better, and stop gaining weight.
