Healthy Habits Template Syllabus


Week One: Foundational Habits


Learn the health behaviors that matter the most in order to determine how to provide your body with the energy it needs.

Week Two: Awareness


Explore mindfulness outside of meditation so that you will be able to develop awareness of your thoughts and behaviors which is crucial for behavior change.

Week Three: Mindful Eating


Understand the differences between hunger and appetite to develop awareness around your cravings.

Week Four: Sleep & Stress


Gain an understanding on how perimenopause can effect both sleep and stress in order to change your behaviors to alleviate the effects.

Week Five: Macronutrients


Develop an understanding of how each macronutrient (protein, carbohydrates, and fat) is beneficial to your body which will enable you to learn how to build a balanced plate and eat on the go with ease.

Week Six: Energy Balance


Understand why the calories in-calories out model does not tell the whole story in regards to fat loss so that you will be able to develop a fat loss plan that will stick.

Week Seven: Personalized Action Plan


Assess how you are doing in each of foundational health behaviors in order to make realistic and attainable health and nutrition goals to meet your needs.

About Renee

Hi! I'm Renee!   I have a MA in Counseling Psychology. I have a nutrition certification from Precision Nutrition and am also certified in Health Mindset Coaching. I also have completed two courses on the Metabolism as it pertains to women as we age. 

Prior to becoming a health coach, I was a Behavior Specialist at a therapeutic school and have 20 years of experience helping individuals identify problematic behaviors as well as working towards behavior change.

I learned to stop dieting as a result of nutrition coaching I received six years ago.

This course combines my expertise with behavior change and health mindset along with my knowledge of nutrition science and metabolism

There are many coaches in the health and nutrition space but few that combine behavior change with health mindset.
