Behavior Change Approach 

The health and nutrition audit is unique in that it uses behavioral psychology to help you create realistic goals.  You will receive guidance on how to:

  • Start creating realistic goals.
  • Track your progress over time.
  • Review your data and determine next steps.

Using a behavior change approach will help you learn what to do when motivation fades and help you stop the cycle of self-sabotage.    

IT'S TIME TO CHANGE

 

Follow up in one month

This is not a one and done experience.

  • Two weeks after your initial assessment you will receive feedback. via email. 
  • If you want a more collaborative approach, there is an option to schedule a zoom call for an additional cost.   
  • There is an opportunity to ask any follow-up questions.
  • One month after initial feedback, there will be a check-in to see how you are doing and to help problem-solve.

This health and nutrition audit is unique in that it offers follow-up one month after the initial consult.  This will provide you with accountability and offer you the chance to take advantage of my expertise to make any adjustments to your plan.

I'M RENEE

I have a MA in Counseling Psychology. I have a nutrition certification from Precision Nutrition and am also certified in Health Mindset Coaching. I also have completed two courses on the Metabolism as it pertains to women as we age.

Prior to becoming a health coach, I was a Behavior Specialist at a therapeutic school and have 20 years of experience helping individuals identify problematic behaviors as well as working towards behavior change.

In the audit, you will have access to my knowledge of nutrition science and metabolism as well as receive guidance from someone with an expertise in behavior change and health mindset.

Let's be real, there are many coaches in the health and nutrition space but few that have expertise in behavior change AND health mindset.
