Hi, I'm Renee Bellinger
I am a health and nutrition coach with an MA in Counseling Psychology. I am certified in Nutrition, Health Mindset, Sleep, Stress and Recovery, and Menopause Coaching. With over 20 years of experience as a Behavior Specialist at a therapeutic school, I have helped individuals identify problematic behaviors and develop the skills to create lasting change.
